Smart Digital Integration Across 15 Branches in Jordan

We partnered with Nidal Al Kalha Restaurants to enhance their customer experience through customized smart technology across all 15 of their branches in Jordan.

Our solution included:
Custom-designed smart stands for each branch, linking to a dedicated web page featuring the digital menu, social media links, and the specific Google review page of each location.
Small NFC-enabled touch devices tailored for branches with dine-in areas, allowing customers to access everything directly from their table with a single tap.

All devices were connected to a fully branded web interface designed exclusively for Nidal Al Kalha, making digital interaction seamless and on-brand.
