We partnered with Mighty Waffle, a growing dessert chain with multiple branches, to provide a smart digital solution that elevates the customer experience across all locations.

We supplied compact NFC-enabled touch points that are discreetly placed on tables. With just a tap, customers can instantly access a web page that includes:

Direct links to the Google reviews page of each specific branch

In addition, large-sized smart stands were installed at the cashier area of every branch, making it easier for customers to interact with the brand digitally while checking out.
