We partnered with Black Coffee, a growing coffee chain with over 16 branches across Jordan, to deliver a modern digital solution that enhances customer interaction and boosts their Google presence through:
Transparent smart NFC stands designed specifically to collect Google reviews in an elegant and user-friendly way. These stands were placed at reception areas and tables to seamlessly match the branch interiors.

Touch-enabled Google review cards, created with a sleek design to help staff easily encourage customers to leave quick reviews with just a tap.
All stands and cards were directly linked to the official Google Maps pages of each branch, enabling instant access via smartphone.

This digital setup aims to increase the number of positive reviews, improve the brand's online visibility, and build stronger trust with new customers.
